好きなタイミングで、人目を気にせず、気兼ねなくお食事をお楽しみいただきたいという想いから、客室で楽しめる食事プランをご用意いたしました。客室にある専用の扉までお届けいたします。
※当館ではお客様のプライベートな時間を大切にするために、基本的にスタッフがお部屋に入ることはございません。お料理のセッティングや軽い調理、温め、専用扉への下膳などは完全セルフサービスにてお願いいたします。

We have prepared a meal plan that can be enjoyed in your guest room, in the hope that you can enjoy your meal at any time of your choice and without worrying about being seen. We will deliver breakfast to the box outside your guest room.
*In order to respect the privacy of our guests, our staff basically does not enter the rooms. We ask that you please be completely self-service in terms of setting up, light cooking, warming, and delivering your meals to your private door.

翠巌離れ 松直棘曲（まつはなおく いばらはまがれり）
2025年11月オープン予定。
素材の旨みを味わう具材たっぷりスープや新鮮野菜のサラダなど、目覚めたばかりの体に活力になるようにと北海道の恵みをぎゅっと詰め込んだ朝食です。
自家菜園のハーブや「カゼマチマートと燻製デザイン研究所」の自家製ベーコンなど、定山渓で手作りした食材を中心に、6品程度のセットメニューをご用意いたします。
しっかりお召し上がりたい方や軽めに済ませたい方など、お客様一人一人の「ちょうどいい」に寄り添えるよう、メインは4種類からお選びいただけます。
A healthy Japanese-Western style breakfast.
This breakfast is packed with the bounty of Hokkaido, including hearty soups full of flavorful ingredients and fresh vegetable salads, designed to energize your body as soon as you wake up.
Centered around ingredients handmade in Teine, such as herbs from our own vegetable garden and homemade bacon, we offer a set menu of approximately six items.
Whether you want to eat heartily or keep it light, we strive to accommodate each customer's preferences, offering four main dish options to choose from.
山ノ風マチ
朝食の代わりに、ランチはいかがでしょう？
朝食をご利用にならない方や「朝はお部屋でゆっくり過ごしたい」「３泊目の朝は気分を変えたい」という方は、近隣の「山ノ風マチ」にある飲食店でのランチチケットにお振替が可能です。前日夕方までにスタッフへお申し付けくださいませ。（各店舗によって営業時間・定休日が異なります）
How about lunch instead of breakfast?
If you do not eat breakfast, or if you would like to relax in your room in the morning, or if you would like to change your routine on the third morning, you can exchange your breakfast ticket for a lunch ticket at a restaurant in Yamanokazemachi. Please inform the staff by the evening of the previous day. (Opening hours and regular holidays vary depending on the restaurant.)

「小麦」「そば」の食物アレルギーには対応致しかねます。予めご了承くださいませ。
食物アレルギー対応に関するご予約は、原則としてご利用３日前までとさせていただきます。
それ以降のお申し出については、食材仕入れ等の理由により対応致しかねます。
アレルゲンの除去が保証されないとお困りのお客様におかれましては、お客様の安全を第一に考え、やむを得ず食事の提供をお断りすることがございます。また、当日のお申し出につきましては、対応致しかねます。
Allergy Policy
*We are unable to accommodate “wheat” and “buckwheat” food allergies. Please understand this in advance.
In principle, reservations for food allergy accommodations must be made at least 3 days prior to the event.
We will not be able to accommodate requests made after that time due to reasons such as ingredient procurement.
If a guest is in trouble and cannot guarantee the removal of allergens, we may have no choice but to refuse to serve the meal, considering the safety of the guest as our first priority. We will not be able to respond to requests made on the day of the meal.
